Rice-Tremonti Home Master Plan
66th Street at Blue Ridge Boulevard, Raytown, Missouri.
Completed Winter 2008

The Rice-Tremonti Master Plan is a proposed, five phase, long term redevelopment planning project focusing on a theme of an eclectic time representation of a working farm. Site elements introduced by each of the three chief families who occupied the site - Rice, Tremonti, Lowe - are recreated in this plan and repurposed to satisfy contemporary needs of museum and community spaces.
Several planning meetings were held and input was obtained from all stakeholders including the Rice-Tremonti Board of Directors, Raytown City Develolpment Department, Raytown City Administrator, Raytown Public Works, Raytown Parks & Recreation, Raytown Historical Society, Missouri State Historic Preservation Office and the Kansas City Baptist Temple Outreach Mission.
This planning document was completed in December of 2008 and is being implemented in phases as funds are generated.
